Stephanie Wernick Barker is the first female president of Mondo, the largest national staffing agency specializing exclusively in high-end, niche, IT, tech, creative and digital marketing talent. She was most recently named an honoree on the coveted 2022 Global Power 150 “Women in Staffing” List by Staffing Industry Analysts, SIA.

Stephanie leads all business operations for Mondo and is responsible for sales and recruiting efforts for the company’s 10 nationwide offices and over $100 million in revenue. She has been monumental in raising the caliber and potential of Mondo’s talent to continue to scale upward and has positioned the company for continued rapid growth.
